Last week, Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin announced it will soon resume performing abortions in Sheboygan, in addition to Madison and Milwaukee, in spite of the fact that Wisconsin’s pre-Roe law is still in effect. Unlike the District Attorneys in Dane and Milwaukee counties, Sheboygan County District Attorney Joel Urmanski has said if any alleged violations of the law are referred to him, he believes could legally initiate a lawsuit.
Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin’s leader says she has no fear of the organization running afoul of the law. She obviously knows something the rest of us don’t know. What we do know is that right now the intentional killing of unborn children in Wisconsin is illegal and based on what is happening, the rule of law here is apparently as endangered as are unborn babies.
