At the rapture, all Christians leave this earth and go into the heavenlies; there will be Gentiles and Jews left on the earth at that time. Revelation 11:3 says that there will be two witnesses that will preach. These two witnesses are going to have a ministry for the first three and a half years of the Tribulation period. Their first results will be 144,000 male virgin Jews (Rev. 14, Revelation 7:4-8) will get saved and be protected from any harm with a seal. For the rest of the Tribulation period, they will go forth preaching the gospel of the kingdom. Matthew 24:14 says that the gospel of the kingdom will be preached that Jesus Christ died and resurrected from the dead, He is in heaven, and He is coming back. Trust Him to get ready. The Bible says in Revelation 7:9 that a multitude that no man can number will come to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Yes, there will be many people, Gentiles and Jews, that come to know Christ during the time of the Tribulation.
