The ongoing court case against the FDA’s approval of chemical abortion pills, and its jettison of crucial safety requirements for women is beneficial in its educational value.  District Court Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk exposed the decades-long stonewalling of the FDA, in violation of federal law, ignoring requests for data and information.  Most recently, Judge James Ho, one of a three-judge panel from the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals said this about the FDA.  “I don’t understand this theme – the FDA can do no wrong.  That is basically the narrative you all are putting forth – nobody should ever question the FDA.”  He favored entirely revoking the FDA’s approval of chemical abortion.  In the final outcome the stakes are high for millions of babies, so please keep praying.
