Matt Barber is an attorney focusing on constitutional law. He serves as Vice President of Liberty Counsel Action and serves as Associate Dean and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Law at Liberty University School of Law.

According to Matt, DOJ Pride is a taxpayer funded organization within the Department of Justice that appears geared toward pushing the talking points of the radical homosexual lobby. The new DOJ Pride brochure that was sent to all DOJ managers contains a number of “do’s” and “don’t’s”. One of the don’t’s that is being communicated explains that Department of Justice employees are not to judge or remain silent. Silence will be interpreted as disapproval of the lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender lifestyles.

Matt also brought his thoughts to another controversial topic. The U.S. Department of Education plans to replace gender-specific terms such as “mother” and “father” with the gender-inclusive/neutral replacement terms “parent 1” and “parent 2”.
