Welcome!
Today, we’re talking about trusting God’s will.
Elizabeth Elliot once said, “Whatever dark tunnel we may be called upon to travel through, God has been there.” In other words, God will never direct us into “uncharted territory,” since NO territory is uncharted to Him! God knows every aspect of what He calls us to do.
That’s important to remember because although many believers may be willing to do what God says, trusting that His will is really best can sometimes be more challenging.
But we can trust that God’s will is always better than our own. He knows all things, and however He guides us will always be for our good and His glory.
As Greg Laurie said, “God’s plans for you are better than any plans you have for yourself. So don’t be afraid of God’s will, even if it’s different from yours.”
And what else should we know about trusting God’s will? We’ll discuss that another time.
