In the evolutionary story, birds evolved as dinosaur arms slowly became longer and then transitioned to wings. Well, that’s the story anyway.
A number of years ago a group of researchers studied a wide range of bird fossils and concluded birds—and their limbs—appear abruptly. There’s no slow and gradual change just birds that look like birds all of a sudden!
In the biblical worldview that makes sense. Birds have always been birds. And it wasn’t until later in the flood that birds were overwhelmed and buried so it makes sense their fossils just appear out of nowhere.
Missing links, well, they’ll always be missing!
