I’m Bub Kuns, and today we’re talking about prayer again.
As busy as life is in modern times, life was even busier for Christ when He was on earth.
Scripture tells us on an average day Jesus taught crowds, healed large numbers of the sick, trained His disciples, and still took time to commune with the Father — sometimes praying all night.
You see, Jesus loved the Father and valued His time with Him, regardless of how busy He was.
Truth is, we make time for things we love. The more we love God, the more time we want to spend with Him, regardless of how busy life is.
As John Piper said, “Prayer as a relationship is probably your best indicator about the health of your love relationship with God. So go ahead and rekindle your love of God through prayer!
