–The U.S. has approved a potential 800 million dollar sale of Bell helicopters, weapons and related equipment to Iraq, according to the State Department.
–A coalition of Christian lawmakers, faith leaders and civic organizations have urged President Trump to establish a legal immigration and humanitarian pathway for Jewish Canadians who fear persecution resulting from rising antisemitism in Canada.
–One of the most striking moments of Sweden’s election campaign came during Monday evening’s televised party leaders’ debate, when Simona Mohamsson, leader of the liberal party and Sweden’s Minister of Education and Integration, appeared wearing a Star of David.
–The Austrian government has announced plans to ban political Islam and potentially prohibit groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood from operating in their country.
