For 10 straight days, the United States has acted against Iranian military targets as Iran has tried to stop traffic through the Strait of Hormuz and has targeted U.S. military installations in neighboring nations, claiming the lives of U.S. service members. U.S. Central Command posted the following: “U.S. forces struck Iranian military command centers, maritime capabilities, missile and drone launch sites and air defense systems to degrade Iran’s ability to continue attacking commercial vessels flowing through the Strait of Hormuz.”
The IDF is building a 14-mile earthen barrier as part of a high-tech security zone to prevent future terrorist infiltrations from Gaza, while reports have come out that Hamas has a plot to carry out October 7th-style terrorist attacks across Europe.
All this points to a Middle East that’s only heating up. Joining Jim to discuss the latest elements was Dr. Richard Schmidt. Dr. Schmidt is pastor of Union Grove Baptist Church and founder of Prophecy Focus Ministries. He’s the speaker on the weekly TV program, Prophecy Focus and the radio broadcast, Prophecy Unfolding.
Dr. Schmidt spent 32 years in law enforcement until his retirement. Dr. Schmidt noted that our government is finally realizing that you can’t make a deal with terrorists. The Iranian regime wants our destruction. They erected a large billboard in Tehran depicting President Trump in a coffin. In addition, they’ve called for the killing of not only President Trump but also of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
